### Neural speech synthesis

Our AI team designs and implements a speech synthesis technology based on deep neural network learning. This NTTS technology, now deployed across our entire product range, delivers excellent speech quality that is virtually indistinguishable from natural speech. NTTS synthesis also makes it possible to automate voice creation and considerably reduce the volume of recorded data, while faithfully preserving vocal identity.

### Linguistics

Our linguistics team is working hard to maintain the excellent accuracy of our linguistic processing modules and has set up a continuous improvement process to deal with customer feedback. Current work focuses on the use of increasingly sophisticated AI models to take into account the context associated with text. In addition, Voxygen has developed an innovative methodology that considerably speeds up the development of new languages.

### Synthèse expressive

Expressive speech synthesis has always been at the heart of our R&D activities. For a long time now, Voxygen has been offering multi-expressive voices capable of adopting the right tone to welcome, inform, alert or even express sadness or joy. Beyond the simple style of speech, the aim now is to take into account all the knowledge we can extract from a text to produce speech whose prosody - rhythm, intonation or intensity - is best suited to the context.

### Voice cloning

Voice cloning is a speech-to-speech technology that converts the speech produced by a source speaker into a desired target voice. The major advantage of this technology is that it faithfully reproduces the prosody of the input message and thus reproduces all the acting of the source voice. In addition, it can be used to make a voice polyglot, i.e. capable of reproducing content produced in different languages with the same vocal identity.
