Liaison Vocale, a committed player in both the public and private healthcare sectors, is orchestrating the digital transformation of healthcare establishments with a clear vision: to move away from traditional Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems, those that impose a digital choice on users, towards a more natural and intuitive interaction using today's technologies. Its solution, Ello! a voice-recognition IVR, is intended to be the user-friendly interface that guides patients and staff through the intricacies of hospital services with ease. This shift towards innovation extends beyond the healthcare sector, and has found a place in retail, where clarity and moderation in speech are crucial to optimal understanding.

# 🤝 Voxygen: Collaboration for a natural voice

The partnership with Voxygen was a natural choice at the beginning of 2023 to replace Nuance's TTS, the existing solution, for a strategic collaboration. Liaison Vocale aims to satisfy customers and users, who judge the system's ability to recognise names and direct calls effectively, as well as the overall quality of the experience. If the voice synthesis is mediocre, even with high-performance speech recognition, the solution appears laborious, cumbersome and archaic. Voxygen, with its fluid, natural TTS, completes the picture of a complete, high-performance, modern solution. Feedback from Liaison Vocale customers listening to Voxygen voices has been very positive.

Fluidity is a term that resonates in every aspect of the collaboration between Voxygen and Liaison vocale. It is evident not only in the quality of the synthesised voices, but also in the fluidity of the commercial and technical exchanges. This fluid relationship is a pillar of Liaison Vocale's commercial proposition to its customers, highlighting the ease and efficiency with which projects are carried out and problems solved.

# 🌍 Seamless integration, successful international rollout

Liaison Vocale uses the Voxygen Server TTS solution for Linux and makes use of speech synthesis in various languages, as it is expanding internationally. The ease with which the product can be integrated and the support provided by Voxygen were highlighted by the product managers.
